Membership is open to municipal code enforcement officials and other persons in related fields in the area covered by Bergen and Passaic counties; however, the selected boundary is not absolute. Membership privileges extend to code enforcement officials who are Active members from outside Bergen and Passaic counties. There shall be a maximum of one active member permitted to serve as an Officer, and one active member permitted to serve as a Director on the Executive Board when employed outside Bergen or Passaic County in an official capacity recognized under the Uniform Construction Code of the State of New Jersey.
